Friday, a college friend was in town so we went out to hang out with him and some other buddies. The night was super fun, but very exhausting.
Saturday morning, i think everything from last weekend caught up to me. I was so exhausted and drained. We were supposed to go to Sketchy's Cousins's baby's first birthday party but i just couldn't handle life. I felt so weak and sore and tired. I took some IB Profen and slept until around 5:30 saturday afternoon.
We took it super easy, went grocery shopping for chili items for sunday football and cleaned up a bit.
Sunday we had people over for sunday football. Diana carried on her jersey tradition of cooking themed foods at tailgate. Giants were playing Eagles and since she couldn't be there in person, she made cheesesteaks at our place.
couldn't get a picture of everyone. wish i had gotten a better picture of the new bar furniture in the background behind scott! It was very efficient holding extra foods and also sat the crockpot on top of it!
so many cans
so much chili. but we actually didn't have that much leftovers. this was prob the best chili i've made so far!
I made a giants 0-5 cake far before the game was over =).

I'm finding it very humorous that the giants are as terrible as the jags this season. Meanwhile i'm still holding on strong to my Chief's/alex smith bandwagon.
Lauren and David got engaged a couple weekends ago on their vacation in San Fran. As a congratulations and because i want to make use of this crazy bachelorette party pan, i made a cake for them:
"Hap-penis for life" with some engagement rings on the bottom there. Congrats Lauren and David!
Another eventful weekend. The next three months are going to go by so fast with every wkend booked! Nutso. Excited about Pria's first birthday party, pumpkin patches and awesome live music on halloween weekend! Fun things ahead in Oct!
