Today i was looking around on pinterest at patio things. I came across these neat columns which looked pretty simple to make.

I think these would look perfect beyond the firepit. We're going to make steps lead from the patio to the yard. One of these columns on either side would look very similar to this!
We have a ton of extra red bricks (not using them for wall -- using bigger retaining wall blocks) so i thought why not give it a try? Here's what it turned out to look like:
I think it came out pretty good!
They're all jointed together, but now it's super too heavy to move in life!
Tomorrow i'm going to paint the new bar furniture piece and see what comes of it! For now, i'm still trying to catch up on sleep from the last weekend. Seriously can't seem to stay awake at work!
