For a few years now, I've tried to get around to the best restaurants for happy hours and dinner. I feel like I'm constantly adding and never crossing off from this list in my head. Today my boss handed me a copy of the Washingtonian with their 2013 Top 100 Restaurants in DC/VA/MD.
