Yesterday Kaitlin and Jenna arrived in DC. They're doing a sister's trip and staying in the city but i'm going to tag along to a few of their planned things! It's going to be so so hot outside so i'm definitely skipping some of their outings like the zoo.
Last night Sketcyh and I met them at Vapianos in Chinatown. After a week of salads it was a nice and deserved dinner.
kaitlin's drink was pretty, although she says it wasn't as tasty as it looked. =/

After Vapianos we dropped them off at the Lincoln for their evening monument walk and headed off to the gym. Maybe eating vapianos right before the gym wasn't the best idea but we still got through it!
we tried out the massage chairs last night. they were pretty bad ass with the leg massage part.
Today we went to the georgetown waterfront, did a potomac boat cruise, caught up and chatted over lunch at Bangkok Joe's where Kaitlin tasted the amazingness that is their mojitos!

this is some crazy appetizer thing we got. it was blue shell crab roll? or something like that. it was really good but looked CRAZY.
After georgetown, I dropped them off at the zoo and i headed out to hang out in metro center and wait to meet up with AJ. AJ let me have a 'make-over' day with him where we just went shopping for new clothes for him. It was super fun lol.

i just think this picture is hilarious cuz it looks like aj is in boxers/clothes he's going to sleep in. These are actually plaid pants.
He ended up getting a couple polos and shorts. It was very successful! Afterwards I met up with Kaitlin and Jenna who came home with me to spend the night at our place the next two nights.
Tomorrow we're going to try on some dresses at the Macy's in Tyson's Corner. They carry the Demetrios line. I'm super excited. i got us back to back appointments!
