Snow Day!

Today we woke up to about 4-5 inches of snow on the ground -- snow days! Throughout the day it snowed about 3-4 more inches.  

breakfast:

2 slices of turkey bacon

half a boiled egg

1 turkey sausage 

1 banana peanut butter cookie

1 multigrain waffle

I'm sure some of you have seen this on facebook already but the lady across the street was seriously shoveling her driveway by herself. She must be 70 years old, if not older. Sketchy and I felt bad so sketchy said he'd go outside and see if she needed help. 

This lady has, throughout the year, displayed hesitancy and sometimes blatant dislike of us! I'll wave at her sometimes and she'll look straight at me and walk back inside. OOC. 

Either way, he called out to her and asked if she needed help, she said something inaudible. As sketchy got closer she dropped her shovel and hurried inside.

getting closer, at which point she sees him walking towards her, drops her shovel and starts to walk inside.

haha as he starts to cross the street she's already half way back inside. he was so confused

so then he decided to shovel some of our sidewalk/walkway

while i took pictures in the warm house lol 

we spent the rest of the day in, watching netflix movies and eating. snow days are no good for anyone's life or productivity. We watched The Switch and Friends with Kids. 

We're supposed to get more snow tonight. Tomorrow is sketchy friday off (he has every other off) so i'm thinking another snow day for me and a nice 5 day weekend for us!
