Photography Captures Happiness

I love taking pictures, but what I love even more is going through photos a long time after they were taken. Tonight I needed to get five specific pictures printed for a project I need to finish by tomorrow (will explain tomorrow). I figured since I needed to get a couple pictures printed, I might as well print pictures I've taken since I last got a good amount printed. I ended up looking through the last two years of my photos. There were many photos of Sketchy and me that I actually liked. We're much more smiley in them than I remember. I also came across awesome events and mini-trips I forgot even happened!

I can also see how much our faces have changed in just the past two years. Operation lose the chins is in full affect, even more-so after looking at these pictures.

But anyways, I ended up sending over 100 pictures to the printer. I'm looking forward to finding time in the new year to get started on scrap-booking a lot of things! I'll also use a lot of these photos for frames and decorative purposes as well as gifts for the holiday season.

I was specifically looking for a picture i'd like to blow up and print on an 8x10 canvas. Dorsa gave me this amazing link for a free 8x10 canvas: http://www.canvaspeople.com/everydayfamily?utm_source=HO_CP&utm_medium=Affil&utm_term=11212012blkfriemail&utm_content=51&utm_campaign=1179

Can't decide what I want on canvas yet, but here are a few pictures I came across that I really like.

Cliff picture I love, but I'm going to have my four seasons at the cliff picture frame so maybe don't want too much cliff on the walls!

I love this bottle and the colors in this picture.

Pretty VT Campus.

Something about the colors and the feeling in this picture. I really like this but don't foresee my home having much islandy decor.

best non-scenery picture i've ever taken.

Somewhere in Colorado.

Somewhere in Colorado.

Country roads. I love this picture because it reminds me of home and I love country things.

Boca, Florida.

I kind of want to use one of my favorite pictures and also incorporate a quote in it, nothing has jumped out yet.

Excited to see the photographs all printed tomorrow and to do my picture project!
